Good Morning!!

I pray everyone is having a great week!!

It just dawned on me that it is very possible to hit my 50 pounds lost goal before the year ends!!!
Only 4 more pounds to go!! I CAN DO THIS!! 50 Pounds in 6 months?? And, better health (more energy, no more migraines, chronic cough, or ANY COMMON COLD??)
It feels AMAZING!!
How close are you to achieving your 2013 goals??

I think we are both going to meet our goals together by the end of year!!! I have 2 pounds to go and I feel that it's very doable. I am very excited, even if I just miss it by a couple points I am very proud of the work I did and you should be too!
