Last week I read about The Zone Diet, which lead to reading about The Paleo Diet, which led me to a website called MarksDailyApple.com. Basically what I learned last week was that GRAINS are bad, along with sugar and high glycemic foods. SO, for the past 4 days, I haven't had a single grain. No bread, oats, or anything containing grains, which includes packaged stuff - leading to a fairly clean food diet. I feel tired a lot, and it's harder to exercise, but obviously it's working because I've lost a few pounds already. I'll keep trucking!
