I personally recommend bread with whole grains rather than ordinary bread.
White carbohydrate = blood sugar level tends to rise sharply.
Brown carbohydrates = blood sugar levels tend to rise slowly.
Controlling blood sugar levels also plays a major role in controlling hunger.
