Woke at 233.0, down .9 from yesterday. Higher than I expected after a 932 calorie day but the food I ate last night was takeout and had a lot of sodium and maybe a little sugar in it. UPDATE: Fasted until dinner except for a protein drink. Back to 230.0 before dinner. Ordered from a seafood place so a Cobb salad with salmon is on the way!

Hey friend! Just wondering if you’ve done any research about how eating too few calories a day can have negative effects on your metabolism? I’ve noticed your last couple posts are all about how few calories you can eat in a day.

That's true I read that too the body thinks it's starving and trys to save the fat something like that but it's still a good drop Drag yay lol
