It's the fourth week and I've lost about 15 pounds which is RIDICULOUS considering I could never lose even one pound in the past even exercising all that I do. It must have been the carbs because with only 40 a day, weight actually comes off. Bloodwork will be taken again this week so hopefully wednesday I can go into manhattan and see what the next step will be, if I still need to take this diabetes medicine or what needs to happen. Had a Hershey's bar today, the first piece of candy I have had in three weeks. What I really miss is a nice glass of milk. I feel like I am calcium deprived. Cheese doesn't count. I want a glass of milk. Definitely notice how much other people eat and what they eat. I can't believe I haven't had bread in almost a month. I miss it every day.
