What can I say!?
My mental and physical health took a turn for the worse and I had given up on pretty much everything. ☹
Now I'm back, ready to fight this battle again. An I'm gonna need all the support I can get. 🤞🙂
New day, new start.

you seem to have the right attitude. work on today. move on from yesterday. you can do this. I use fs for tracking of my sugars as I am recently diagnosed diabetic. yes I could lose some weight but first I have to get to understand what my body is telling me when. I struggle most days to make 2000cals. it's how the different foods react to produce sugars is what I am trying to control especially post meal sugar spikes.

Thank you. I'm borderline diabetic so I can understand a little of what your going through. I brought a home diabetic testing kit to help me learn.

I get you! I've been there! Even though it's hard to start again, or it might be hard at times to start working out, don't lose sight of the fact that you are doing this for yourself and that such a glorious feeling will come along with your hard work. Focus on making yourself happy! You're awesome for being able to get a positive mindset back and start again!

Good to hear, going through a similar thing currently and really looking forward to getting a positive response from all the tests and scans so I can get back on track too. Do have some diabetic cook books so perhaps I should try to share some of the recipes in them on here but I'm not sure how to do it unless I just photograph them? 🤔
