One day at a time. Good day yesterday, plan to repeat. I also decided that the first thing I would do every morning is the Wii Fit test. That way it will keep track of my Wt and BMI at the same time every day. I noticed yesterday that I did it later in the day and I was like 5 lbs heavier!

It is amazing how much weight will fluxuate during a day. You are doing the right thing by keeping track @ the same time every day. Keep up the good work!

That is a great idea...we are trying to do it at the same time each night...it is better to do it first thing in the morning, but I am not a morning person..so right after work will just have to do. I did my work out last night for 30 min and did great, but man am I sore today! LOL! You are doing great, keep it up!
