Awe thanks hebrews 😊 I definitely wasn't healthy then at 5'3" I was obese according to my BMI. I want to be healthy and fit for my kiddos. I told them I want to be here until I am 100. And I also want to be the role model they deserve. Showing them that healthy diet and exercise are a lifetime commitment will guide them to also live healthy lives. And always, most importantly, a lifetime of following Jesus because I would not be here without him guiding me along the way 🙌🙌🙌✝️💜
