really, really bad day today. Haven't felt this bad for a long time. Unfortunately I have eaten my way through it 😢. how do I get back on the wagon now??

Don’t beat yourself up, it’s just a bad day! You can do it, just start again. Count up the calories you had, so you have an honest perspective. Look at your weeks total and try to have a little less on other days. If you’ve gone 1000 over, (which is not that hard to do) you can take off 166 for the other 6 days and you’re still within your allowance! Even if you can’t make up all the calories, you can make a start. Don’t give up 😊 we are all behind you! You can do it!

Hi Smudge117's, when you are feeling that low. I usually go for a long walk. There will be times you have had that are great and good list and think of all of those times. Also talk a lot to family and friends. If you need to speak to someone else eg Samaritan I did and it helped a lot they are brilliant. They will ring you back and check on you the next day.
