MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!! I got lazy this year.I wasn't going to cook a meal because we went to our family party and there was food,but it was just pizza.So yesterday I took 4 pheasants out of the freezer,thank you son,and I put them in a brine.The lazy part is I am not making any low carb sides like mashed cauliflower instead of potatoes.I will do potatoes,sweet potatoes, fresh green beans(not casserole ),devilled eggs(3 doz. they always go first)relish dish with spinach dip,and I bought a cheese cake instead of making low carb pumpkin dessert.I realize I can have a little of ALL these treasures and not feel guilty....even the cheese cake!
