It looks absolutely delicious.....However there is no possible way it is 463 calories. the hollandaise sauce alone will be almost 400 kal, 1 avocado is roughly 300 kal. It is probably close to 1100 kal total. but looks amazing

Thank you dear . I used half avocado which is 161 not 300 . For the hollandaise sauce I used homemade one made it from scratch with no flour, used boiled egg yolk instead . Used butter and water And lemon not butter milk. 1/4 cup which count 62 calories not 400 . For the smoked salmon 29 cal , eggs 2 of them 141 cal , olives black 18 cal , broccoli 30 cal , asparagus 14 , cappers 2 cal .
