Day 39 of HMR, 20 pounds gone 😁 I’m averaging 1500-1600 calories per day, walking 30+ minutes per day, drinking 4 bottles of water, eating mostly fruit and vegetables, plus shakes and entrees. I stayed in the box yesterday for Thanksgiving but I did allow myself a little piece of turkey (delicious) which was pre-planned, not impulsive. I made HMR-friendly sides & pie for myself. I’m so ecstatic about my weight loss, I feel it and see it daily! Next stop: 199 lbs, which is my first goal.
