Day 1. Slept in a bit, having a black coffee with stevia and watching Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead again. I like the idea of doing the juicing and I'm starting to purchase the green juice from Publix to see if it's something I can get into and stay with. Need the extra nutrition at this point in addition to what I'm eating. Concerned a little about the extra carbs but will count them in when I do it.

Planning to just go take a walk today, because I can. See where I end up.

Be sure to subtract fiber and sugar alcohols from your total carbs. The juice will have some fiber to subtract from carbs.

I started last week. And on day 1 my chin was dragging the ground. I was on a sugar crash from the Christmas goodies and it took me a couple days to a climate. The important thing is tmakesure u have a steady supply of protein for energy.s
