Momentary Lapse of PMSing

The day before I start my cycle I have this unbelieveable urge to just eat and eat...well after doing really well yesterday, I couldn't take it anymore. I had to eat, I needed food and last night I need bread and meat or so I thought. Naturally, I have to go out and do this before our snow storm arrived so I could sit at home all day today feeling satisfied. Haha, I'm trying to justify my insanity for last night to justify that I won't sit at home today and snack.....

Enough rambling I cheated and that's the end of it........


Phase 1


Phase 1 comes to an end tomorrow night...Tuesday morning I will be allowed to add meat back into my diet, really looking forward to adding some chicken on my salad.



Commentaires 
The thing about a cheat is that you have to forgive yourself so that you can move on. Hum! Fat Smash must be the opposite of the South Beach diet. During Phase I of the South Beach plan one eats quite a bit of lean protein but no breads or fruits whatsoever! Odd huh! Oh well.
