Looking forward to starting this Biggest Loser Challenge. Mostly because if it's one thing I have learned from watching the biggest loser is that nobody else can do it for me. I have to do it for me, and I can't just do it for them. It now has to be about me, and taking care of me. And when I take care of me, then I can take care of them. It's about getting my head together, and knowing when to say no. Knowing what I am capable of, but also pushing myself a little harder, and a little further everyday. It's about having a goal, self-worth, and a love for myself that I've never really experienced before. It's about being changed, from the inside out.
