breakfast: coffee and later i had an apple

snack before lunch: rice cake with peanut butter, banana slices and golden syrup

lunch: thai green curry with white rice

snack after lunch: apple

i hope this works and i end up losing weight. i retain and gain weight like a motherfucker.

having a boyfriend made me fat. he just feeds me with nice stuff to eat all day, everyday.

i probably had sushi the week of xmas 3 times. all in one week.

and then last week i had mcds twice. fuck my life.
