Got a good night's sleep and woke at 226.4, down .5 from yesterday. Still not quite caught up on my calorie goal but I'm getting there. Traded sleep for exercise this morning so no workout. UPDATE: I was starving at 4 pm, so I knew my body had been burning through body fat. Hopped on the scale and presto! Got to 224.4! First sub-225 number in I don't know how long. Hosting an online holiday happy hour for the AFFIRM.org board tonight, so I grabbed a protein bar to tide me over. Opened a bottle of Cab Sav and ready! Denise has beef stew in the crock pot and is baking a loaf of fresh bread. Danger, Will Robinson!
