So I finally got answers...after a year of gaining weight when I should at least be maintaining or losing! On Monday I noticed a lump in my neck and went to the doctor on Friday - after doing a sonar, they discovered multiple cysts inside my thyroid - which most likely is affecting my thyroid function - will have the blood results on Monday to see just how much. 🙏🏼😅 Even though I still need to lose the 5kgs, at least now I know why I have been feeling like I keep losing the battle.😄
