Not much to report. Sticking to phase 1 perfectly so far. On my 4th day and the scale hasn't moved much. Hopefully it will start soon! My kids have their 2 yr old and 6 yr old checkups today. Last year my 6 year old had her cholesterol tested and it was high. So they will test it again today and hopefully it will be normal. We were really surprised. She is super tiny, eats very healthy, and is extremely active, so it must be hereditary. but, hopefully it will be normal today. fingers crossed!
