Hari selasa tgl 15 Desember baru mulai lagi makan atur kalori, setelah sempat setahun berenti.. Tahun lalu berenti di angka 63kg (dari 68kg). Di akhir tahun ini mulai lagi di angka 62,4kg. Semoga tetep semangat ngejalaninnya menuju BB goal🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
