it's been a while since I've been on this app. I had to take a break because tracking my calories seemed to turn into an unhealthy habit. I realized I began to feel bad when going over 1000 and had to stop before it turned into a serious problem. I have also been indulging more into fast food so I was very surprised to see how much I have lost. I'm now trying to incorporate more exercise, choose better eating habits, but while still enjoying the other foods I like. I'm really hopeful that this will be the time I actually get to my goal weight rather than give up and feel bad later on.

I understand what you mean about the guilt. I hope you can find a way around it this time and stick with healthy habits. Remember there’s lots of people here for support if you need someone.

You can do it! Don't feel guilty! It takes a little time to figure out what works best for you.
