Back from coffs. What a "holiday". Stress in abundance. My stomach has gone all flabby and my legs have lost all the muscle tone I had built from public transporting. I've had more Maccas n KFC than I care to think of so am amazed at the little increase. I *feel* ick though. Flubbery. I want to get my treadmill set up and back to PTing so so I can change the flab. It'll take time but if I can stick to a proper low cal diet, I'm determined to get this weight off.
