Woke up at 5am feeling a bit hungry (I think this has become a habit) and I found myself wandering over to the fridge. I am feeling proud of myself that instead of making a sandwich or eating something bad I picked up 2 small cucumbers, I put a tbsp of apple cider vinegar in a small bowl and sat there dipping the cucumbers in it, Bliss. Feeling satisfied and ready to get my day started, I did have a bit of a "craving a Cornish pasty day" yesterday but as I have none I couldn't be tempted. Hoping today will go good and I plan going outside to sweep up the 50 billion leafs that have fell off the trees.
