Since my gall bladder surgery my stomach is having to adjust to a different diet. I have some diarrhea and am monitoring that. I hve decided to stabalize between 163 and 167

Still staying locked down for the covid which is spreading rapidly in our rural area.

Fixed pancakes and scram,bled duck eggs tonight with Maple syrup and it was really good. My son ate a half dozen eggs plus the pancakes.

Cold weather is moving in so not much going on outside right now.

74,4 kg Perdu jusqu'à présent: 24,5 kg.    Reste à parcourir: 6,4 kg.    Régime suivi: Raisonnablement Bien.
