Put weight on but can’t diet because my family think it’s too bad for my mental health wich isn’t true if i looked good I would be a little happier, trying to exercise and stay healthy but it’s so hard when I’m so unmotivated I talked to my therapist about this and she says it’s normal but I need to look better instead of looking lazy and fat like everyone says I do. Sorry for the rant but needed some advice :((
