Slipped on the ice out walking yesterday and did a number on my arm. Really sucks to be off track on my workout due to injury as I have been doing so well these last few months, but I know I have to heal up. Hopefully tomorrow the pain will have subsided enough to go out again, this time with my newly purchased ice cleats!
