Might be because i eat my dinner a bit late last night, had 0.6 kg more than yesterday. Hope it is going to drop tomorrow. now i am going to enjoy my first meal in 2021, wish we all have a great year ahead, happy new year!

Weight varies day by day. It might even rise the day after you eat less. Just stay consistent and it'll adjust itself :)

I try not to eat after 4pm maybe 5pm at the latest and then nothing else until 8-30am
