Man.... I SUCK! I totally went off track... no exercise, no dieting... and I am wicked fat again. Hello motivation, good bye chubby butt!

Hope you can take comfort in knowing that you are not alone. I think the holidays took us all for a loop. But it's a learning experience and now you know that this poses a significant problem for you. Hopefully you can learn from that how to get through this years holidays.
