So lately I've been struggling a lot with my food, it's either I don't eat enough or I binge eat. I don't know how to control it. Any suggestions?!

I can’t say it will work for you, but I’m very structured with what and when I eat. I pretty much do the same daily so I’m always on scrambled eggs for breakfast, smoothie for lunch, then my only decision is dinner which will be meat and veg of some sort. I actually fill my diary in early in day. Everything is recorded. I know some would think it boring but it works well for me.
