Started the day with 22 minutes of HIIT spinning with half of that above my peak heart rate. Weighed 231.7 after that, down .7 from yesterday. Still waiting for my water weight whoosh. UPDATE: Got some water movement today. Weighed 229.4 at 5 pm (even after eating a pound of beef at lunch).
