Up 2.5lbs, had a huge Mexican dinner, complete with a large margarita, plus half a King size Hershey's. I'm also weighing in at noon after eating & showering, and I 'started', but anyway I'm not upset about the jump because I knew the 6lbs I lost so quickly was not only fat. I'm a little worried about weekend eating w/out the structure of work hours & being occupied. I did exercise & ate somewhat normal breakfast & snack, so far.
