Woke at 227.8, down 3.3 from yesterday. Tweaked my lower back somehow over the last two days, so I'm not going to work out this morning. UPDATE: Pork chops at lunch. Weighed 227.9 before dinner, which will be an omelet (reversing my dinner and lunch from yesterday).

The tweaks are the worst. I’m trying to keep my back solid. It’s tough to do much with a bad back. Here’s to quick healing!

What a big drop. Lower back...yeah... tricky. Make sure you rest it. I recommend laying on a flat floor on your back with knees bent. this makes the lower back rest on the floor. My favourite!

As they say, as you get older your back tends to go out more than you do. (Just an old joke). Hope you feel better and can do flips soon. 😊
