Same weight 3 days in a row. It can definitely feel frustrating when you ate very well and still see no immediate movement. However, it’s a good reminder that I’m still at my lowest right after a major holiday (no small miracle) and I’m working out regularly, and creating more muscle. New scale on the way... need to start measuring body fat % instead of over-focusing on just weight.
