Oh no! You mustn’t be cruel to yourself!! Pretend the person in the mirror is your friend, not you. You wouldn’t be disgusted by a friend, you would see the good! Nice hair? Nice eyes? Nice nails? Help and support your ‘friend’. Be kind!! Or look in the mirror and think “this is a great ‘before’ pic for my comparison photos next september!”

Wow Smudge117 that's pretty 😭. You must turn it around. You need to think I'm very lucky firstly you say am delighted to be alive, you have xyz in your life then you say I have good health, good friends and family. Then you can see a much better you. Hope that helps. Good luck Merrymel.

Don’t ever look at yourself that way. Those thoughts are only going to hold you hostage! There’s a strong and beautiful person in that mirror, no matter what you think you see. You can do better x

I get it,,it can be depressing BUT u have to turn it around. This is why I do my meditations for negative thinking. You have to realise how much u have to be thankful for, you are safe and well, you have taken first steps by posting here and this wee space is full of people who will help and support you when u need it. You are NOT disgusting, u are just having a bad day, go for a wee walk if poss, get the music on and shake that booty or draw/paint...anything to lift ur mood, try get good night's sleep and tmro will be brighter..u can do this! 🤗♥️
