welcome. To add food to your calendar, go to "Food" on the right sidebar. Then, select the "+ Add item" option below "Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snack" and search for each item you had. When the options appear, select the one that fits your meal (mark the checkbox) and the quantity. Search for all the items of your meal. Then click on the "Add item" blue button. And done!
