SIGH...this weight loss thing is rough...today i caved an went to Bernstein clinic - I had 3 Bcomplex shots left from last year so i thought what the hell. Got on their scale and it weighs me heavier by 3lbs than my own...theirs is a really good one but it still made me feel like shit.

I swear, this being 45 sucks. I work out every single day, Im counting calories, following atkins and have about 20 net grams of carbs a day...still not happening for me. I know, patience...I dont have any apparently.

pms sucks - guys are so damn lucky...next up will be menopause FML!! lol
