Everyone keeps commenting how thin I am. So 190 will be my goal weight. I'm well over 6 feet - just under 6'3" so it is reasonable to get to that weight. People have so much trouble dieting and have no clue it isn't hard to lose weight long-term on Atkins if one sticks to it. I was 180 the whole time I was in Los Angeles practically... even thinner during my time in the military. Doing well so no need to stress about having to lose the last eight pounds any time really fast. Had some chili - a very small bowl, the beans were high in carbs but it wasn't spicy - a woman in the building made it for some of us in the office down there it was awesome having something besides chicken, fish and eggs for a change! :)

And those beans are good carbs, as opposed to empty carbs. Those are one of the things you should start working back into your diet gradually!! So, chili could be a once a month treat or so!! And it is so good this time of year!

I may join a gym if not in February it'll be March. So I'll be able to add more foods. I keep getting told I'm too thin, I'm NOT. So many people I know just are a bit overweight. My female friend who is older is THIN. Once my neighbors see her they'll be commenting on her being too skinny, I'm what I'm SUPPOSED to weigh for my height. Actually still a few pounds above... thanks for the encouragement. If I start working out I will really get to my goal weight soon enough and stay on here long-term for maintenance and to encourage everyone who has a long way to go as I did it and so can anyone else...
