I had a donut today Chris! I think when I was lifting before I never ate enough protein. I knew it was important and thought I was eating it but never counted macros. I also thought I had to eat alotbof meat but now I get alot from dairy and eggs. I also was consuming more calories than I burned. I was hungry all the time. Now that roughly 20% of my diet is protein I'm lifting and still losing fat! I wish I had FS back in the day.

Les- You're going to have to embrace the forehead. Just learn to love it. The original picture had my entire eye in it and furrowed brow trying to take the pic. Be glad it was cropped at all. 😉
