So today I went to the gym and I had to use 2 different scales because I knew the 1st scale had to be wrong. One said i was 142lbs the other said 140lbs. So praise the Lord!!!

Yea but which is right and which is wrong, lol! Actually, scales are all calibrated differently and you may weigh something different on each one. They should all be within a couple of pounds of each other so its difficult to tell which one is correct. The most important thing is to pick one scale as your "official" scale and use that one. Weigh the same time, same scale, same clothes, same everything for the most accurate gauge of weight loss. You will weigh something different all day long. The scale fluctuates all day because of water weight (sodium, hormones, exercise, sickness, inflammation, medications, etc. ) I like in the morning, before eating or drinking anything and after going the bathroom.

Actually I went to the gym this morning and they both said 142 so that's what I'm gonna go with. 1lbs loss in weeks when i haven't been to the gym is okay with me. lol!
