✯Yesterday (Thursday) was another great day. I ate 27 points, 1,651 calories total. I netted 500 calories for the day. I treadmilled for 90 minutes at 3.6 mph, level 6 incline, and 3.7 mph, level 7 incline. I walked for 5.46 miles. I felt great, ate a big salad, although I forgot my milk. I'm on a roll!
I have a confession to make. Yesterday I put my weight in at 160. Now, I'm pretty close to that weight right now, up or down. But I put it in because my FS page said "weigh in now." And I was too lazy to go actually weigh myself. So later today I'll put in the actual weight. Hopefully it's less than 160 at this point. That's the first time on here that I "fudged" my number.
