Choose leaner meats like chicken, turkeys, fish. Also Greek yogurt is a excellent source of protein. There are also a lot of protein supplements.

When I ate lower carb I was told protein is a goal, carbs are a limit, and fat is a lever, meaning you don't have to hit your fat macro, just enough to help with satiety. Eat leaner proteins, don't add fats like butter or oil when cooking.

It is a fairly lean diet. So you have to watch your fat and select low fat products for sure. Skim milk in your coffee... lean cuts of meats and fish etc. You will get a hang of it.

Fish is an excellent source of protein. Opt for the less fatty fish if you like. I add peanut butter powder to my plain yogurt as part of my lunch time concoction that I make. I do get how hard it is to keep the protein levels up. I am not a Keto person however, just trying to do fewer carbs

Avoid beef, it 's full of fat.
A can of tuna has about 20 grams of protein and almost zero fat.
Lowfat (2%) cottage cheese and fat-free Greek yogurt are other good choices.
I drink a couple of protein shakes most days too.

I have a super hard time getting over 100 grams of protein in. I eat tuna, fish, chicken for meals and because I workout alit I eat oatmeal in morning and I put a scoop of protein powder in. Makes it sweet and yummy. I also use collagen powder in my coffee. ( for hair and skin but has 40 grams protein) I make my own protein bars as well.
Fat is hard for me too. If I'm extremely low I will eat a Tablespoon of peanut butter on celery or have a cheese stick.

Good sources of protein: tuna, lean beef, lean chicken, egg whites, peanut butter powder, pea protein, beans (30% carbs should allow some beans!). Some fatty fish is healthy. However, extra fat is not anyone's friend, even on low-carb diets. I think you're on the right track making sure your protein is high enough.

From the Mayo clinic: If you want to follow a high-protein diet, choose your protein wisely. Good choices include soy protein, beans, nuts, fish, skinless poultry, lean beef, pork and low-fat dairy products. Avoid processed meats.
The quality of the carbohydrates (carbs) you eat is important too. Cut processed carbs from your diet, and choose carbs that are high in fiber and nutrient-dense, such as whole grains and vegetables and fruit.
It's always a good idea to talk with your doctor before starting a weight-loss diet.
