43 hours in and still okay :) craving for something nice :) but I will not break. Good luck to you... I don't know if I could do 5 days- you strong

I've done one a couple of weeks ago. It is tough going and I only stopped due to muscle cramps. Make sure you get sufficient electrolytes. Thanks and good luck to you as well!

Wow what an inspiration. Will surely take in those electrolytes. Will See if I can do more then 3 days

See how far you get, it really is mind over body and tummy lol. I dreamt of pizza last night and drank a litre of water first thing. Remember not to be so hard on yourself😉
