I thought the chocolate pb2 has sugar in it; but sure enough, my pb2 (plain) does have sugar and salt! And for some reason I hadn't looked at the ingredients in glenny's peanut bars . .. . this is news to me that all sweeteners are bad, even the "natural" ones. Luckily I don't really have a sweet tooth but in the absence of BREAD, and wading through the sea of vegetables I'm living in . . . what am I supposed to have if I want to have a different flavor????
ugh; this is a public thank you to Mardee! OK I'm going to stick to my basic eating plan but I am learning more and pushing it to the parameters! Don't be fooled by my food log if you are looking at it, it's usually ingredients and I don't log my veggies at all most of the time!

I really like the pb2 with slices of apple. I don't know if the chocolate pb 2 would be good with apples but it would be good with an orange.

Yes, there is sugar in so many processed foods… it can be overwhelming at times! You just have to find what works for you & makes your body feel its best! xoxox

From time to time I find that there are too many experts on this site so I just sit back and observe. I think the frustrating thing is no one ever verifies the facts they have been presented with. Granted there is always more than one school of thought but this is a journey and the responsibility ultimately lies on each of us to defend our health. Don't worry though I check FS 4 or 5 times a day to see what's up! I'm here for you!!
