Awe thank you friends!! I had to work yesterday and we saw a lot of really sick patients 🥺 That was a hard number to post. The extra 3 came down but now I’m up 2 again. I’m assuming it’s because I have been striving hard to hit 10,000 steps or over every day this week?? My muscles are sore again today. Your support means everything ❤️❤️❤️ Maybe I wouldn’t be where I am today if I would have stayed on 😩 I was talking to my Dr. friend and she said that stress can cause a plateau and some gains, cortisol is real, being sedentary is not healthy. The moment she said that about the stress and cortisol, I had an ahhh ha moment. I lost my HAPPY!!! I let myself get so stressed when we started testing patients, watching the virus just spiral out of control, the week of Thanksgiving our dining table and dishwasher both broke within days, that was stressful but I managed to get a set the day before Thanksgiving. Christmas was wonderful ❤️ I have stressed over everything. I let my love of cheeze It’s get out of control. But I am definitely back to my journey. I just don’t know why I am not feeling as confident as I did before. You are my rock! ❤️💜💚

Jc~ You know you got this, be gentle with yourself there’s a lot going on. Life happens so many people have been affected by Covid, politics, work stress, loss of people from Covid friends family. Family stress etc. The world feels crazy at times. It’s hard Times and we just have to do the best we can do. I know during the month of January through late February we were eating got a little reckless in our home. During the whole moving out of state packing painting cleaning lost a friend due to Covid had four other friends get Covid just the stress levels themselves can do a number on our bodies. Stress and hormones wreck havoc. I had to backtrack 17.8 I’ve been in the 170’s since mid September 2019 🤣. You just Breathe take it one moment at a time, one day at a time, please just stay safe. Everything else will fall into place. Remember you always have everyone’s support here in the FS community! You definitely got this and can do anything you set your mind to. You Rock! 🌈😊🎉👍

Hi Jenny!!! We are both on a restart and a new plan!!! I can finally get focused on my diet again with the office under control. I have been exhausted after work. I can only imagined how tired you have been. We will succeed!!!!!🙂🙂🙂🙂🐱🐈🐈‍⬛
