Today was a much better day! I did good with my eating today, but I have decided no more bagels! I love them, probably my favorite food! But it's too many carbs and I think I will see more results by eliminating some of those. I do have to say that I am surprised at how easy it's been to stay within my calorie limit...usually I had such difficulty. Thank you to everyone who has offered their support the last few days.... It's been rough!
