Carb packed breakfast.... 😬 not a good idea when you trying to loose weight.

She is following a calorie defect approach, by eating around 1200 calories a day she will lose weight. I am following the same and lost 400 grams this week and eat toasted sandwiches everyday. Not everyone can follow the same diet.

I also eat alot of carbs and just try to keep it in my daily calories and I’m losing weight! Calorie counting gives you so much food freedom. I eat whatever I crave and just keep it under my daily allowed calories😁
