I have been stuck in my house due to all this ice and hazardous road conditions--kids home from school and gym/stores closed. Nothing to do but eat, sleep, watch TV and eat some more! I decided if I have to binge it would be on apples. Very filling and was able to divert my attention for something more decadent. Scale still stays the same..very frustrating! Time to get on my exercise bike...
