No change. Is this too easy? Shouldn't it be difficult? Except for my fibromyalgia, I have my old body back. Too bad it didn't happen when I was well enough and young enough to show it off. ;) Still, it's great that I've lost weight. Months later, I still feel pretty good about finding my old shape waiting for me under the fat.

I just can't get over how easy it was. My doctor can't find any medical reason for my weight loss. And now, since I haven't lost any more and I've stayed at this weight for months, he's no longer worried about it. He's a vegetarian, and wanted me to eat a lot of grains and veggies. I told him "No" on the grains. Bread makes me bloated and worsens my IBS (btw, my IBS is so improved that most of the time I don't know I have a problem!). He also wanted me to not eat meat. Been there. Done that. Not doing it again.

I also cut milk. Unfortunately, while before I was able to tolerate a glass of milk with dinner (bad habit!!), I now can't drink milk at all--if I do I spend the evening with my old friends: Gas, Bloating and Diarrhea--nice guys, them. What makes me smile, though, is that I can have real ice cream with no ill effects. Yes!

I have Fibro too, with all the meds I'm on, it has blown me up hence making me not care what I look like and blowing me up even more. UGH! I'm glad you found your old shape. My current one is round! ;)
