I am doing OK, I am trying to follow Atkins strictly. Because it has been a long, bitter and cold winter so far - I can't wait until April - I have been able to get little outdoor exercise done. It is very difficult to cross the main roadway here so exercise just isn't getting done. I plan to join the YMCA in springtime. I only have ten months left at this place, it is likely I will be moving the last half of November to a house or condo, so I will be busy looking for a place this summer.
