Today is January 11th, 2011. Elli is 3 weeks old today. I weighed 186 this morning and worked out for the first time since her birth. It felt great. I'm ready to get started working towards my goal weight. I'm determined to not only get back to my previous weight, but to get in better shape than I was before. I will exercise at least 5 days a week. I will get cardio, strength and stretching in consistently. I will make the process enjoyable, make healthy food choices and not beat myself up when I slip up. I want to live a long life and keep my body healthy so I can be a great mom to my daughter for as long as I live. God give me the strength to and give me the will to make the best choices possible, be a happy, healthy person and a loving, responsible mother. Thank you for the gift of my life, my child's life and for Travis. Thank you for my family and all the other blessings you have provided.
